By RoadTake Exit 19 off the Thruway coming from the south Kingston after the toll take first right, that is route 28, towards Pine hill stay on 28 go about 20 miles to a town Phoenicia. Make a right after the bridge, second turn right into Phoenicia then a left onto route 214, go 12 miles to the end that is route 23a. Make a left on 23a go about three half miles. We are on the left, 8257 Main street., Route 23a, Hunter, NY-12442, big red yellow house. Alternatively, take exit 20 on thruway that is SAUGERIES, make a right on 32NORTH follow to 32A to end, make a left on 23A, go about 10miles approx and Stanbrookmanoor is on the left just past Route 296. Look for the criss cross skis on the tree that is the driveway park in the back. Travel Time from Manhattan: Approximately 2 ½ hours (128 miles) |

Adirondack TrailwaysThere are two busses daily from NYC to Hunter Mountain. The first bus departs from NYC, Port Authority at 8:30am and arrives in Hunter at 11:40am, and the second bus departs from NYC at 5:30pm and arrives in Hunter at 8:40pm. Returning from Hunter the bus departs daily at 9:09am from the Country store and Kitchen on Main St., and arrives in NYC at 12:35pm. The second bus departs at 3:59pm and arrives in NYC at 7:40pm. There are two daily departures from Albany to Hunter via Kingston. The first bus departs from Albany at 6:00am with a 3 hour and 40 minute bus transfer in Kingston, arriving in Hunter at 11:40am.
